I have received a nightmare service from this dealership, after my vehicle went for fault finding which took them 4weeks, and still experiencing problem with the installed intertainment unit requesting activation code. Took the car back and it was not addressed till today I am waiting their call.

    Extremely bad service!

  2. Clean welcoming reception. Sales team is good. Can drop off your car early in the morning with security, otherwise having BMW drop you off is pretty efficient compared to experiences with other car dealerships. Service is okay if routine, with good feedback and follow ups. But when something not common needed to be attended in service, it required taking car back repeatedly for same issue. Had some bad experiences in the past with service. With new management hoping will be better, just more supervision of parts replacement to ensure client getting what charged for. Overall love the brand. More HR diversity would mean more sales as lack of diversity sends clients to buy in joburg just for diversity as the car is the same car.

  4. There were a lot of new cars on the floor, these kept me busy while I waited for my car to be serviced. They offered me coffee and a lift to my preferred destination, but I decided to wait for my car instead. My car was ready before the promised time, which is good. The dealership was clean and well maintained. Overall the service was excellent. I believe there’s always room for improvement and hence the 4 stars.
